• We are an extremely quality conscious company with focus on every aspect right from yarn to the finished products.
• When it comes to procurement of raw materials, we work with only reputed suppliers. We do a background check of the supplier and his reputation before commencing business.
• Even after business is started once the raw material arrives, there is a two point check before accepting material on quality parameters which is done for every new delivery.
• During production process as well we have a team of technicians who continuously supervise and look after the machines so that the best quality is produced.
• After production takes place, it goes through quality checks at 3 points and minute inspection is carried out by quality team before final dispatch is made.
• Due to our efforts we have less than 5 percent rejections for quality at production level in an industry where minimum norm is 10 percent and we aim reduce it by 1 percent year on year basis. After dispatch due to rigorous checks after production we have achieved zero rejections because of quality issues.
